The Ewa Nevaland Cookbook ~
Over the years, we have collected some truly wonderful recipes.  So, in the spirit of the 1993 Christmas Holiday Season, I published a cookbook for my friends and family.  I would like to share them with you.  They have been compiled with fond remembrances of our beach, potluck/pupus (appetizers), tailgating, hurricane, birthday, graduations, luaus and garden parties.  Although we happen to think they are all "onolicious" ~ "broke da mouth" and just "tantalizingly wonderful", please feel free to add your special touches!  Bon appetit!!!

	in soups, sauces, salads ...
... Maybe your appetizers are REALLY swell!

It's that you "share your daily bread"
(Or -- at least how to make it)
...so it's said.
So, sing a little ballad,
	while you toss the salad
Then say a little blessing as you
	mix that dressing.
And, if you find that your veggies droop
	Just create "a special soup".

The simple "treasures" straight from the heart,
	Are cakes, cookies, fries ...
... or a home-made tart.

But, by far, the nicest words ...
Your hearts to tease --Are --
"Mommy" or "Daddy" or "Tutu" (Grandma),
	May I have seconds? Please...

The most important thing you
	cooks can ever do,
Is to give the gift of " Y O U " !!!
