Sally's Corn Spoon Bread
1 can creamed corn
1 small box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick melted butter
2 eggs
8 oz sour cream

Beat eggs w/melted butter. Combine remaining ingredients.
Bake 40 mins at 350ø. Put in a 9" square baking pan. (Check center w/spoon to test if done.) If you
want it browner, just put under the broiler for a couple of minutes.
