Bruce's Bean Dip

1 (16 oz) Rosarita refried beans
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 (1.5 oz) envelope
onion soup mix
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp ground cumin seed

In a 2 qt. saucepan, over low heat, combine beans, cheeses, milk, soup mix, pepper & cumin until well blended.

Heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbly.

Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
